Shipping, delivery and return.

A.

Shipping could not be easier! Your jewelry will be delivered by your local post office. The same people who bring the mail to your office and your home.
Diva Tonight will include a pre-addressed return label. Return your jewelry using the same packaging your items arrived in and place the return label on top of the old one. You can either bring it to your local post office, or hand it to your mail carrier who comes to your office/home the next business day after your event/rental period.

Is the jewelry “real?”

A.

Yes. All of our jewelry is made from Sterling Silver and Rhodium. Rhodium is a white metal that is a member of the Platinum family. We only use high grade semiprecious stones, that are set the old fashion way...by hand.

What happens if I’m not happy?

A.

No Problem!  Let us know and send it back to us within 24hrs.  In some cases, we can overnight a replacement choice for an additional shipping fee.

What are the ear posts made of?

A.

All of our earrings are made with allergy-free, Surgical Steel ear posts.

What happens if I damage the jewelry?

A.

We expect that there will be a minimal level of “wear and tear” on jewelry that is worn during a special occasion. Our protection from severe damage or a failure to return the items comes in the form of a security deposit. For further details, please make sure you review the lease agreement and legal notices section.

How will my jewelry arrive?

A.

Your jewelry will be delivered by the Post Office to the address you have provided. You will receive a confirmation email when your jewelry is shipped. In most cases, your jewelry will arrive the day before, or two days before, your event. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, delivery will be on a Friday in most cases. If your event is on a Sunday, your delivery will be on Friday in most cases. We require a signature for delivery and only deliver Monday through Friday, please make sure someone is available to sign for your package during the daytime hours on your expected delivery date.

How is the jewelry cleaned?

A.

Each piece of jewelry is cleaned and inspected by one of our team members before you receive it. If we find any loose stones or normal “wear and tear,” it is repaired and the item is prepared for shipping to the next event.

What happens if I do not return the jewelry on time?

A.

Due to the nature of our business, it is very important that the jewelry is returned on time. Our late fees are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
